Federation of Lesotho Women Entreprenuers(FLWE)

What we do:

FLWE is committed to ensuring economic empowerment of all in Lesotho, in poverty alleviation and job creation. The main purpose being to grow the economy together with all the inhabitants of Lesotho. Facilitate all Women Entrepreneurs association into the mainstream Economic activities nationally, regionally and globally, as well as influencing relevant policy, legislation and implementation thereof.

The values which underpin how FLWE operates on a daily basis are Unity which is promoted by inclusivity at all levels (gender, age and geographic) and to consciously promote it within the Federation and not to sow division, while working for a corrupt free Lesotho means FLWE must remain corrupt-free at all levels to maintain their Integrity; and Botho (humanity) which is a noble quality we owe to one another, because without one another, we cannot prosper, so we work together to promote the good of all.
